Supporting Women through Life's Changes

Dr. Andrea Staley is a board-certified Physical Therapist who specializes in sports medicine and pelvic floor rehabilitation.  She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Oakland University in 2009 and completed a residency in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy in 2012.  She has worked in sports medicine for 15 years, and during that time completed coursework from Herman and Wallace in treating pelvic floor dysfunction.  She completed her RRCA coaching certification in 2024 and loves getting postpartum runners back on the trails or road.

Includes a thorough history, movement assessment,  diagnosis, plan of care, home exercise program, and initial treatment

Follow Up Visit

Includes manual therapy and body work, home exercise program review and update, movement and body mechanics assessment

Time: 60-70. min

Investment: $125.00

Movement Assessment

Includes a history and thorough movement assessment.  This would an analysis of any sport specific movement patterns such as running, cycling, weight lifting, etc.  A home exercise program is included with this visit. 

Time: 30/60 min

Investment:  $75.00/$130.00 

Running Coach

Includes movement assessment.and running evaluation. Goal based programming.  Options for weekly and monthly check ins, including body work.

Injury Screen and Body Work

Having a new pain you need to be assessed before your race or event?  Come by for a quick assessment and body work to get back to training.  **Please note that if the injury seems more involved we will discuss a longer evaluation to best treat you.

Pregnancy and Post Partum Coaching and Consultation                  

We help you feel confident and empowered throughout your pregnancy and post partum journey.  Includes movement assessment, patient education regarding body support and health, and any manual therapy needed.  Options for in person visits, home visits, and virtual visit.

Our therapists have over 15 years of experience providing post operative care for orthopedic and pelvic surgeries.  

Postpartum 

We provide support whether you had a straight forward birth or a traumatic experience.  Your body has changed but is not broken and we can help to assess your needs to get back to yourself.

Spinal Care

Neck and back pain are often caused by the way we are moving in the world.  This can result in an array of pain including nerve and joint pain.  We can assess your injury and help you to avoid and reduce future injuries.

Insurance? 

We do not currently accept insurance. 

But we can provide superbills upon request, which may be submitted to your insurance for reimbursement.​  We are also able to accept your HSA/FSA cards as payment options.
